The team at Ouma se Kombuis

Ouma se Kombuis started with a staff count of 10 and now
we are proud to say we have expanded to +-30 staff members
excluding 4 truck drivers and 6 assistants.

We would not be able to produce the kind of products if it wasn't for the effort put in by hardworking team.

The Team is split into two working groups working a morning or evening
shift, to ensure that our personnel are always fresh and productive. We are
proud to say that all our staff are fully trained in Hygiene and First Aid, and
receive in-service training to ensure good quality products and packaging.

What lies in the future for Ouma se Kombuis?

Our BEE (Black Economic Empowerment) Plan
We want to give our workers the chance to have a say in the running of the
company, meaning they will share in profits and decision making. We will be
selling a % of the company to some of our very reliable and hardworking
staff members, but must comply to certain requirements.
The most promising staff members will be sent on a fully paid, one-year
course, on Business Management at Worcester Collage.
